Please read the following refund and exchange terms and conditions carefully to ensure a smooth transaction.
1. Proof of Purchase:
Customers MUST present their original receipt when requesting a refund or exchange. Reprinting a receipt from the till is not an acceptable procedure. We strongly advise our customers to keep the original copy of the receipt safe at the point of purchase, as it is necessary for processing returns.
2. Inspection of Returned Items:
All returned items, including tiling tools/accessories and bathroom accessories/supplies, will be thoroughly inspected. We will check the packaging and seals to ensure the items are in their original condition.
3. Return of Tiles:
Tiles may only be returned as a complete box quantity. Individual or loose tiles will not be refunded, except for sample tiles.
4. Change of Mind Returns:
We accept returns for change of mind within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. No returns will be processed beyond the 30-day period.
5. Special Order Tiles:
Special order tiles are those that are not part of our regular in-stock inventory. They are sourced specifically to meet your unique requirements, including design, size, colour, or other custom specifications and therefore are non-refundable.
6. Customer Declaration for Special Orders:
All orders containing special order tiles and bathroom products require customers to fill out and sign a customer declaration form at the point of sale.
7. Right to Cancel:
Customers have the right to cancel their order prior to delivery or collection. However, if special order tiles have already been received, a 25% handling fee will be applied. Bathroom and bathroom related products cannot be returned once ordered.
8. Chemical Products:
Chemical products such as adhesives and grout are subject to a 10-day return period and must be in resalable condition for a refund to be processed.
