I’m not one to drop a review as soon as I walk out a shop. I take couple months to so I can give a review on the after-sale element. I can tell you hand on my heart that their service and customer service is 100%. I was dealt by a chap called Hussnain and he did not disappoint! I didn’t feel I was pushed/forced to order. When I asked if he can pull out a tile on display so I can compare with another for a feature combination in my bathroom, he did so without hesitation and this honestly helped me visualise my decision! I was actually really impressed with the help I received from him and he also sorted me out on a price for the tiles I ordered which I did not expect considering it was my first time there. In terms of variety you cannot go wrong with Tile House. Not only do they have tiles on display by itself but also some of these same tiles are also installed in their showroom bathrooms so you get a better idea from what to choose. I didn’t even know who these guys were as my intention originally was to head over to Topps Tile and after going there and then popping over to Tile House I’m so glad I went with Tile House! Everything about Tile House is genuinely good and I just hope that they can keep this standard up regardless of any pressures that may arise. Put it this way I went their back in March and placed order and having done our bathroom, i’ve decided to do the cloakroom bathroom and without one bit hesitating I went directly there again. Keep it up guys! 👍

Husnain and another salesman were the most polite and friendly salespeople I have ever met. Soon as we got out the car, one of them said salam. That salam was a perfect start to our shopping experience. I even went to the branch in Grays, where Ziyad and the team were more than friendly and helpful. Next year I will be building another bathroom and will only use Tile House for my project. They have a lot of choice and the sales experience was the best.
