At Tile House Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our product replacement policy below:

Replacement within 24 Hours:
We are committed to replacing any damaged or defective products within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. It is imperative that customers thoroughly inspect all products upon receipt and promptly notify Tile House Ltd within this timeframe if any issues are detected.

Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon receipt and promptly reporting any damage or defects to the Tile House branch the products were purchased from within the 24-hour timeframe. Tile House Ltd cannot accept liability for damaged or defective goods reported after this period.

Precautionary Measure:
We strongly advise customers to dry lay their tiles before installation. This step allows for the identification of any batch differences or discrepancies in the tiles.
Once tiles are fixed in place, Tile House cannot be held responsible for any batch differences that may arise.

No Refunds or Replacements after Installation:
Once our tiles have been installed, Tile House Ltd does not offer refunds or replacements. It is essential for customers to ensure satisfaction with the products before proceeding with installation.
