I came into tile house in Dagenham for the first time, with no clue on how to purchase what I needed to refurbish my bathroom, then a young lad Adam, who is a new staff there, approached me, very polite and patiently helped me to go through everything I needed, and also gave in his opinion which really helped, and also kind enough to always offer me hot chocolate or a drink, whenever I come in to the store, I will highly recommend him, because he helped him all the way from the scratch, to pre ordering, and made sure every of my purchase was OK when it arrived he made the whole process easy for me.
